NOTIFICATION
No ………………………………..…………dt………….: In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to make the following rules relating to the recruitment to the post(s) of System Analyst under the Department of Information & Communication Technology, Government of Mizoram, namely :-
Short title and Commencement |
1. (1)

These Rules may be called the Mizoram Information & Communication Technology Department(Group ‘A’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2011 |
Application |

They shall come into force on the date of their publication the official Gazette
These rules shall apply to the post(s) specified in column 1 of the Annexure-I hereto annexed.

Number of posts, classification and scale of Pay

3.
|
The number of the said post(s), their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified under column 2 to 4 of the Annexure-I aforesaid. |
Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualification |
4. |
The age limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said posts, shall be as specified in columns 5 to 14 of the Annexure-1
Provided that the upper age limit prescribed for direct may be relaxed in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government or Government of Mizoram from time to time.

Disqualification |
5. |
No person.
Provided that the Governor may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and to the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of these rules. Contd..2/- |
Training and Department Examination |
6. |
Every Government Servant recruited under these rules shall undergo such training or pass such Departmental Examination as may be prescribed from time to time.

Power to transfer |
7. |
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, the Governor of Mizoram, in public interest, shall have the right and power to transfer any officer, so recruited under these Rules to any other post or position which is equivalent in rank or grade.Where the Governor is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, he may by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing in consultation with Mizoram Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Where the Governor is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, he may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing in consultation with Mizoram Public Service Commission through Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.

Reservation, Other Concession |
9. |
Nothing in this Rule shall affect reservations and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes/ the Scheduled Tribes and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government or Government of Mizoram from time to time in this regard
|
Repeal and Saving |
10. |
All Rules pertaining to these posts framed by the Government of Mizoram issued under Memo No._____________________and published in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary Issue No.______dt_________shall stand repealed from the commencement of these rules. |
|
|
Provided that any order made or anything done or any action taken under the rules so repealed or under any general orders ancillary thereto, shall be deemed to have been made, done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules. |
