For the development of Dairy productions in the state of Mizoram the department of AH & Vety has taken up Dairy development activities under State plan as well as Dairy Development Projects under Central Sector schemes.The following Dairy farms are established under the Department:

Cattle Breeding Farms –

  1. Cattle Breeding Farm, Selesih.
  2. Calf Rearing Farm, Champhai,
  3. Cattle Breeding Farm, Saiha.
  4. Cattle Breeding Farm, Mampui.
  5. Cattle Breeding Farm, Lungpuizawl.
  6. Cattle Breeding Farm, Thenzawl.
  7. Cattle Breeding Farm, Thingdawl.
  8. Calf Rearing Farm, Selesih.
